Crockpot Beef Stroganoff

2 lb. stew meat
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 pkg. Lipton beef and onion soup mix
2 c. sour cream

Combine everything except sour cream in crockpot and cook 6-8 hours on high. Meat should be tender. 1/2 hour before serving add sour cream. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
