Grandma Russell's Meat Loaf

from Mom's Recipe Box

1-1/2 lb. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. bread crumbs
1 T. instant minced onion
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dried, minced garlic
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dijon mustard
1/4 c. catsup
1 T. parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients and place in loaf pan. Bake @ 350 degrees for 2 hours.
